Dr Faith Ngunjiri
Chief Leadership Coach
My passion is to educate and enable leaders to become more effective, ethical and authentic.

Dr Faith Ngunjiri
Chief Leadership Coach
My greatest joy comes from helping others learn, enhance their leadership skills, and become more of who they are created to be. I do this through various modalities - as a keynote speaker, author, consultant, trainer, coach, mentor and all around cheerleader for leaders. Both those who've been at it a long time and those who are just stepping into leadership. As I transition from a full-time position as an associate professor of ethics and leadership, I am eagerly looking forward to bringing my gifts and expertise to a new and exciting environment.
As a speaker, I give talks on leadership, diversity, equity, inclusion, women and leadership, and spirituality. Sample titles: women and Leadership - agency and Allyship; Women and Leadership- becoming a Self-assured Leader; Listen, learn and Lead; faith and Work; Leadership Learning in Africa; Too Assertive or Not Assertive Enough - overcoming the Double Bind; etc
I serve as an ethics and leadership consultant for corporations and non-profits interested in ethically thinking about how they do business, how they impact their stakeholders, and the footprint they leave behind/ESG. I also consult on all things diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging—how to create a diversity plan, how to become a truly inclusive organization, etc.
I have authored, co-authored, and co-edited over a dozen books on women and leadership, diversity, equity and inclusion, and autoethnography. I have dozens of articles in academic journals and blog posts on Medium.com, where I ruminate on life, spirituality, and existing as a Black human being/leader/professor.
As a spiritual coach, I help individuals analyze their situations and discern how the Spirit works in their lives.
As a dissertation coach, I find immense joy in helping doctoral students navigate the various milestones towards completing their doctoral research and successfully graduate with their Ed.Ds or Ph.Ds. It brings me great fulfillment to mentor and support students to not only successfully graduate, but also become confident as academics or practitioners, engaging in publishing, conference presentations, and other avenues of disseminating knowledge.
If any of these areas interest you, do get in touch, and let's talk. I am open to working in learning and development and/or women and development in international NGOs or multinational organizations.
